Cancellation policy
- Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
Important Terms
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per person basis.
- This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.
- Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods.
- Child
rate is on request and subject to computation. One (1) Child or one (1)
Infant sharing a room with only one (1) adult will be charged as an
adult.
- Single Supplement, Triple Sharing or extra bed request is subject to availability and on request.
- Package
is applicable for Philippine Passport Holders only with valid VISA (if
required). All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which
depends on their nationality. Failure to advise/ inform us upon
finalization of the booking will be automatically charge to the account
of the agent.
- All
bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is
strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking
made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Observe ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE and CLOSED OUT PERIODS during embargo, high and peak days.
- Hotel Standard Check-in time is from 1400 hrs to 1500 hrs. Standard check-out time is 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs.
- Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid.
- Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400h. Late checkouts will automatic charge one (1) night.
- Rates
are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest
room category is no longer available, the next available room category
shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged.
- Please
be reminded that sneak in is not allowed as a standard rule. Just
present the passport of the lead name in the booking. Failure to comply
will client's own risk for charges incur.
- During
out of the country travel, as a practice upon checking in to the hotel,
pax is required to make an Incidental Deposit which is refundable on
the date of check out. Incidental deposit may vary depending on which
hotel/hotel category they will be staying.
- All passport and flight details of the passenger(s) must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.
- All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.
- There
will be a corresponding surcharge for transfer services if the flight
ticket is not similar on the mentioned airport terminals in each
package.
- All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis (unless specified)
- We
will no longer consider on-day/ last minute flight detail notice.
Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.
- Waiting
time is maximum of 1 hour after the flight landed. Failure to show up
in the designated post, pax need to go to the hotel on their own
arrangement and no refund for the transfer fee.
- For
any flight change without at least 24 hours notice given, applicable
surcharge penalty shall be applied for re-arrangement of airport
transfer.
- Only
one (01) baggage (standard size) is allowed per person. In case of more
luggage and the transport is not enough to accommodate guests and
requests, additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the
passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage. Driver has absolutely the
right to reject any oversized or exceeded luggage.
- No
Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. Strictly no
cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund
will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused services.
- Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges.
- Please
remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes
prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport
transfer. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in
the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.
- Please
take note that each of the country has its transportation law.
Passengers must wear seatbelts during transfer and tour to avoid fine or
penalty. This is for our guests' safety as well.
- No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.
- Confirmed
packages are non-rebookable and non-transferrable especially to the pax
who didn't pass the immigration in International Airport.
- Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
- In
case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally,
Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be
liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by suppliers.
