Day 1

• Arrive at Hong Kong International Airport. Proceed to the assigned meet up point then transfer to the hotel to check-in.
• Overnight in Hong Kong. (Standard check in time: 1500 hrs)
  

Please take note:

• Airport transfers are available only from 8:00am to 10:00pm (Hong Kong Time).
• Airport transfer will only wait for 90 minutes after the given arrival flight time. Failure to show up in the designated post, pax need to go to the hotel on their own arrangement, and no refund for the transfer fee.

Day 2

• Breakfast outside the hotel.
  
• Pick up and proceed to the compulsory city tour to visit the West Kowloon Art Park, free time taking photos of HK Palace Museum & Avenue of Stars, and two shopping stops (compulsory visit). Guests to have lunch on their own arrangement and account. In the afternoon, transfer to Ocean Park.

Note:

• The tour guide will handover the Ocean Park tickets to the guests and provide the pick up transfer going to Ocean Park after the city tour is completed.
• Approx. time of arrival in Ocean Park is on or before 1430 hrs.
• Compulsory tipping of HKD50/pax will be collected after the city tour.
• The guests must join the city tour to be able to have FREE breakfast and Ocean Park tour. If the guests will not join the Hong Kong city tour, FREE breakfast and Ocean Park tour will be forfeited.
• Complimentary breakfast outside + city tour & Ocean Park tour is fixed on 2nd day.
• 2 shopping stops after city tour is compulsory. If skip shopping stop, surcharge will apply.

Day 3

• Breakfast outside the hotel.
• Enjoy free time on your own leisure until check out and transfer to Hong Kong International Airport.

Cancellation policy

• Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

Important Terms

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per person basis.
• This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.
• Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods.
• Child rate is on request and subject to computation. One (1) Child or one (1) Infant sharing a room with only one (1) adult will be charged as an adult.
• Single Supplement, Triple Sharing or extra bed request is subject to availability and on request.
• Package is applicable for Philippine Passport Holders only with valid VISA (if required). All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality. Failure to advise/ inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charge to the account of the agent.
• All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Observe ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE and CLOSED OUT PERIODS during embargo, high and peak days.
• Hotel Standard Check-in time is from 1400 hrs to 1500 hrs. Standard check-out time is 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs.
• Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid.
• Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400h. Late checkouts will automatic charge one (1) night.
• Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category or similar class hotel shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged.
• Please be reminded that sneak in is not allowed as a standard rule. Just present the passport of the lead name in the booking. Failure to comply will client's own risk for charges incur.
• During out of the country travel, as a practice upon checking in to the hotel, pax is required to make an Incidental Deposit which is refundable on the date of check out. Incidental deposit may vary depending on which hotel/hotel category they will be staying.
• All passport and flight details of the passenger(s) must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.
• All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.
• There will be a corresponding surcharge for transfer services if the flight ticket is not similar on the mentioned airport terminals in each package.
• All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis (unless specified)
• Failure to join the compulsory city tour will incur charges that will be collected directly from the guests on the spot. If the guests refuse to pay, it will automatically be charged to the account of the agent.
• We will no longer consider on-day/ last minute flight detail notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.
• Waiting time is maximum of 1 hour after the flight landed. Failure to show up in the designated post, pax need to go to the hotel on their own arrangement and no refund for the transfer fee.
• For any flight change without at least 24 hours notice given, applicable surcharge penalty shall be applied for re-arrangement of airport transfer.
• Only one (01) baggage (standard size) is allowed per person (size allowance 12"x18"x30"). In case of more luggage and the transport is not enough to accommodate guests and requests, additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage. Driver has absolutely the right to reject any oversized or exceeded luggage.
• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused services.
• Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges.
• Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport transfer. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.
• Please take note that each of the country has its transportation law. Passengers must wear seatbelts during transfer and tour to avoid fine or penalty. This is for our guests' safety as well.
• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.
• Confirmed packages are non-rebookable and non-transferrable especially to the pax who didn't pass the immigration in International Airport.
• Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
• In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by suppliers.
