Day 1

ARRIVAL IN PUERTO PRINCESA / PPS - EL NIDO (NO MEALS)

• Arrive at Puerto Princesa International Airport.
• Meet and transfer to El Nido (PPS - El Nido). It is a 5 - 6 hours scenic ride.
• Upon arrival at El Nido Terminal, you will then be assisted by our Driver/Representative to ride a tricycle going to the hotel (Fare at your own expense).
• Enjoy your free time to relax or do your own leisure.
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Note:

1. As per government policy, all van are not allowed to enter the town proper and all guest must be drop off and pick up at the terminal. all passengers are required to ride a tricycle from terminal to hotel.
2. Arrival to Hotel may vary due to traffic, stop over, flight schedule and tricycle availability.

Day 2

FREE AND EASY (B)

• Breakfast at the hotel, Enjoy whole day free time or join optional tour.
• Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 3

• Breakfast at the hotel, Enjoy whole day free time or join optional tour.
• Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 4

DEPARTURE (B)

• After breakfast, enjoy free time until check out from the hotel.
• Transfer from El Nido to Puerto Princesa International Airport.

*Please be at the hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to the pickup time. Provide valid contact details of the guest to coordinate pick-up and meet-up points.

Important Terms

• Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso on a per person basis.
• This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.
• Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods.
• Child rate is on request and subject to computation.
• All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Hotel Standard Check-in time is 1500 hrs. Standard check-out time is 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs.
• Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid.
• Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category or similar class hotel shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged.
• All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.
• All transfers and/or tours are on a seat in coach basis.
• Only one (01) baggage is allowed per person. In case of more luggage and transport is not enough to accommodate guests and requests for another transfer to accommodate, an additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage.
• The package is applicable to local residents only. All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality (TBA by the hotel). Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charged to the account of the agent.
• All flight details of the passengers must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.
• We will no longer consider on-day/last-minute flight details notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.
• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused services.
• Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges.
• Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport transfer. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.
• In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort and other suppliers.
