Day 1

• Arrive at Caticlan Airport. Please approach Southwest Counter outside the arrival area of the airport for your land and sea transfer service.

Please take note:

• Guests who do not show up at the arrival counter at the airport terminal or meet up location, or at the hotel or pick-up station for departures, shall be charged in full and no refund will be issued.
•  Arrival guests shall be at the point of meet up location on the scheduled time, otherwise, seat allocation or per pax service will be forfeited in favor of waitlisted guest. VIA and its operator shall not be held liable for any claims made by late guest.
• Departing guests shall be at the embarkation point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, otherwise, seat allocation will be forfeited in favor of waitlisted passengers. VIA and its operator shall not be held liable for any claims made by late passengers who fail to take scheduled transfers.
• Porterage service is NOT included in the transfer fee. Third party porterage service for a fee may be requested at the time of booking, but in no way shall VIA and its operator be held liable for the performance of the porterage provider.
• Each passenger is allowed two (2) pieces hand-carried luggage. Any number of luggage in excess will be charged P250.00 per luggage. This is applicable for tourist transfer service.

Cancellation policy

• Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

Important Terms

• Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso on a per person basis.
• This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.
• Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods.
• Child rate is on request and subject to computation. Children aged 6 years old and above are already considered an adult by the hotel.
• All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Hotel Standard Check-in time is 1500 hrs. Standard check-out time is 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs.
• Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid.
• Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category or similar class hotel shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged.
• All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.
• All transfers and/or tours are on a seat in coach basis.
• Only one (01) baggage is allowed per person. In case of more luggage and transport is not enough to accommodate guests and requests for another transfer to accommodate, an additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage.
• The package is applicable to local residents only. All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality (TBA by the hotel). Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charged to the account of the agent.
• All flight details of the passengers must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.
• We will no longer consider on-day/last-minute flight details notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.
• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused services.
• Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges.
• Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport transfer. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.
• In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort and other suppliers.
