Day 1

• Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly local guide. After a warm welcome, transfer to your hotel for check-in and some time to freshen up and relax. Enjoy your first taste of Balinese cuisine with a welcome dinner at a carefully selected local restaurant. Return to the hotel and settle in for a restful night, ready for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Begin your cultural journey with a scenic drive to Ubud, Bali's cultural heart.
  Stops Include:
  • Batu Bulan - Known for traditional Batik-making and stone carvings.
  • Celuk Village - Famous for its silver and gold jewelry crafting.
  • Mas Village - Renowned for exquisite woodcarving.
  • Sukawati Art Market - A vibrant local market offering Balinese art, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

• Enjoy your meal with breathtaking views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur, nestled in the highlands of Bali.
• Explore the sacred Tirta Empul Temple, known for its holy spring water where Balinese Hindus go for ritual purification.
• Savor a delicious dinner featuring Balinese or Indonesian cuisine.
• Relax and unwind after a day of exploration. Overnight in Bali.

Day 3

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Begin your journey by visiting Taman Ayun Temple, a stunning royal temple of the Mengwi Empire, surrounded by a wide moat and beautiful gardens---an excellent example of Balinese architectural elegance. Nestled on the shores of Lake Beratan, this iconic water temple is dedicated to the goddess of the lake, Dewi Danu. The serene setting and cool mountain air make this a highlight of any Bali visit.
• Enjoy a traditional Balinese lunch with views of lush greenery and mountain landscapes.
• Witness one of Bali's most famous landmarks---Tanah Lot, the sea temple perched on a rocky outcrop. Best known for its spectacular ocean views, especially during sunset.
• Explore Bali's popular shopping scene in Kuta, with options ranging from local souvenirs to well-known retail outlets.
• Conclude the day with a delicious dinner at a local restaurant.
• Transfer back to your hotel to relax and unwind. Overnight in Bali.

Day 4

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Travel to Tanjung Benoa, Bali's premier destination for marine activities (Includes 1x Banana Boat Ride (thrilling and fun!); Other optional water sports (e.g., jet ski, parasailing, fly fish) available at your own expense).
• Savor an authentic Indonesian lunch en route.
• Visit the stunning Uluwatu Temple, perched dramatically on a cliff 70 meters above the Indian Ocean. One of Bali's most iconic sea temples, it's famous for breathtaking views, particularly at sunset.
• Head to Jimbaran Bay for a memorable sunset seafood BBQ dinner on the beach, with your feet in the sand and the ocean breeze in the air.
• After dinner, transfer back to your hotel for a restful evening. Overnight in Bali.

Day 5

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Enjoy free time on your own leisure until check out from the hotel and transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Cancellation policy

• Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

Important Terms

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per person basis.
• This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.
• Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods.
• Child rate is on request and subject to computation.
• Single Supplement, Triple Sharing, or extra bed request is subject to availability and on request.
• The package is applicable for Philippine Passport Holders only with a valid VISA (if required). All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality. Failure to advise/ inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charged to the account of the agent.
• All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Observe ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE and CLOSED OUT PERIODS during the embargo, high, and peak days.
• Hotel Standard Check-in time is 1500 hrs. Standard check-out time is 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs.
• Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid.
• Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400h. Late checkouts will automatically charge one (1) night.
• Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category or similar class hotel shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged.
• Please be reminded that sneak-in is not allowed as a standard rule. Just present the passport of the lead name in the booking. Failure to comply will the client's own risk for charges incurred.
  
• During out-of-the-country travel, as a practice upon checking in to the hotel, pax is required to make an Incidental Deposit which is refundable on the date of check out. Incidental deposits may vary depending on which hotel/hotel category they will be staying in.
  
• All passport and flight details of the passenger(s) must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.
  
• All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.
  
• There will be a corresponding surcharge for transfer services if the flight ticket is not similar to the mentioned airport terminals in each package.
  
• All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis (unless specified)
  
• We will no longer consider on-day/last-minute flight detail notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.
  
• Waiting time is a maximum of 1 hour after the flight lands. Failure to show up in the designated post, pax need to go to the hotel on their own arrangement and no refund for the transfer fee.
  
• For any flight change without at least 24 hours' notice given, an applicable surcharge penalty shall be applied for re-arrangement of airport transfer.
  
• Only one (01) baggage (standard size) is allowed per person. In case of more luggage and the transport is not enough to accommodate guests and requests, an additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage. The driver has absolutely the right to reject any oversized or exceeded luggage.
  
• We will no longer consider on-day/last-minute flight details notice. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.
  
• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused services.
  
• Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges.
  
• Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport transfer. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.
  
• Please take note that each country has its transportation law. Passengers must wear seatbelts during transfer and tour to avoid fines or penalties. This is for our guests' safety as well.
  
• No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.
  
• Confirmed packages are non-rebookable and non-transferrable, especially to the pax who didn't pass the immigration at International Airport.
  
• Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
  
• In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by suppliers.
